The clinicians, facilitators, and community leaders driving the mission of POMO Inc forward.
We aren't just theoreticians sitting in ivory towers. The POMO Inc leadership team is comprised of men who have lived through the crises of burnout, isolation, and stress, and who have done the hard work of rebuilding.
Combined with the deep clinical expertise of our medical advisors, we offer a grounded, realistic, and highly effective approach to men's mental health. When you engage with our programs, you are engaging with men who understand exactly what you are going through.
Marcus founded POMO Inc after an intense battle with executive burnout that nearly cost him his family. Realizing the lack of resources for men who felt "stuck," he left a 15-year career in corporate finance to build the brotherhood he wished he had.
A licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience specializing in male psychology, PTSD, and anger management. Dr. Vargas designs the curriculums for all POMO Inc workshops and oversees the training of our peer facilitators.
David is the bridge between our organization and the local community. A former high school athletic director, he manages all partnerships with schools, community centers, and local businesses for our events and mentorship programs.
A graduate of the very first POMO Mastermind cohort, James now trains all incoming volunteer facilitators. He runs our flagship virtual support circles and is a passionate advocate for men's suicide prevention.
Bringing a crucial clinical perspective, Dr. Sarah oversees our trauma-informed protocols and manages our network of referral therapists, ensuring that men who need elevated care are placed in capable, vetted hands.
The true backbone of POMO Inc is our network of over 50 trained volunteer peer facilitators. These are everyday men—mechanics, software engineers, teachers, and business owners—who volunteer their evenings to lead our virtual and in-person circles.
Every facilitator undergoes a rigorous 6-week training program covering active listening, crisis de-escalation, and boundary setting. They are the men holding the line for their brothers every single week.
We are always looking for passionate individuals to join our administrative staff, clinical network, or volunteer base.
